Pricing, availability, specifications, lead times, and any metal pricing data displayed on the website (including market or index prices) are provided for general informational purposes only, may be delayed or approximate, and do not constitute an offer or guarantee. We reserve the right to correct errors and to refuse or cancel any order.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Services, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned by or licensed to Maverick Metals and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts. You agree that any claim must be brought within one (1) year after the cause of action arises.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
