Nickel Aluminum Bronze (630) Round Bar

    C63000 (AMS 4640)

    Overview

C63000 is a wrought nickel aluminum bronze offering the highest strength of any standard wrought copper alloy — exceeding 90 ksi tensile strength. The combination of 10% aluminum and 5% nickel provides exceptional strength, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance, particularly in seawater and marine environments. C630 meets AMS 4640 for aerospace applications and is widely specified for aircraft landing gear bushings, valve components, and heavy-duty wear parts.
