1350-H19 / 1350-O
Aluminum 1350 (formerly EC grade) is the standard aluminum alloy for electrical conductors. With a minimum 99.50% aluminum content and 61% IACS electrical conductivity, it is the highest-conductivity aluminum alloy available. 1350 is the alloy used in overhead power transmission lines (ACSR conductor), transformer windings, and electrical bus conductor applications where maximum conductivity is the primary requirement. Its low strength limits seamless use, but its conductivity-to-weight ratio makes it the standard for electrical applications.
