Aluminum 1100 – Commercially Pure Coil

    1100-H14 / 1100-O

    Overview

Aluminum 1100 is a commercially pure aluminum (99.0% minimum Al) known for its excellent corrosion resistance, high thermal and electrical conductivity, and outstanding formability. It is the softest and most ductile of all aluminum alloys, making it ideal for deep drawing, spinning, and coil applications. While not as strong as alloyed grades, its 57% IACS conductivity and excellent workability make it widely used for chemical equipment, food processing, heat exchangers, and decorative trim.
